I watched a lot of YT videos and read online reviews to know that for normal usage snapdragon will not be any better over exynos.

Also is it true that updating the phone to newer versions will make it lose performance and battery life?

However, if you are coming from a phone with miserablebattery life, like my older iPhone SE 2, you will love the S21 FE! HOWEVER, be careful – I only used 60Hz and turned off Always-On-Display.You cannot change the screen resolution to HD only – it’s always at FHD+ and if youconsider using 120Hz (not adaptive!)
My iPhone SE 2 started with4:30 hours of SOT and was barely usable anymore after 2 years.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G: Is It the Right Choice for You in 2023?
While it has arrived as a lower-cost addition to the Galaxy S21 lineup, the question remains whether this handset is worth considering, especially when Samsung’s latest flagship device has already hit the market. So, if you also get stuck into such questions and wonder if Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is worth spending on, continue scrolling the page and find a complete review of this handset here.
Speaking of performance, Samsung Galaxy FE offers identical hardware as the rest of the series, except for using the reversed chipset segmentation. If we look at the camera, it appears like a copy-paste from the Galaxy S20 model, with a 12MP primary, 12MP for ultrawide photos, and an 8MP telephoto for 30x optical zoom.
Since Samsung has adopted a plastic-free polycarbonate approach for Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus, there’s no guesswork about what material this phone is made of. However, what seems disappointing is that Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G doesn’t adopt the counter-cut design for housing the rear camera array. Another drawback you should be aware of before spending on this flagship device is the missing microSD card slot. The 8MP telephoto lens is the biggest trade-off between the Galaxy S21 FE and Samsung’s standard flagship.
However, you make a trade-off from the rest of the Galaxy S21 lineup when buying S21 FE, as its base model only supports 6GB RAM, compared to 8GB in the standard S21. However, you can expect some improvement in battery life over Galaxy S20 FE, owing to its slightly smaller screen and a more power-efficient chipset. Don’t look further; scroll down the page to get a quick overview of the pros and cons involved with the purchase of this device. We hope our review guide will help you decide whether or not you should invest hard-earned cash in the final product of the S21 lineup.

Samsung is offering an absolutely killer deal right now, with $150 off and a whopping $500 trade in credit for a working S20 FE conspiring to slash the price down to $120 for a 256gb model for me!

I’ve been torn between Pixel 7a and the mentioned S21 FE since they are similarily priced where I live.

In no way am I a heavy user or mobile gamer; I have my occasional games like Candy Crush & CoC, but that’s about it. Additionally, this phone is waterproof and has wireless charging, which is not typical in this price range, so that’s a plus. This phone has just awful thermal management and battery life efficiency for me, and a lot more when you Google it, haha. The last phone I had that performed that bad was the iPhone 6s, didn’t get hot though, but the battery was worse.
I love my Galaxy Tab, but the A50 a few years ago and now the S21 FE really disappointed me. And yes, I know not everyone has those problems, but I guess there are way more people out there with similar experiences to me, and it just doesn’t get voiced.
Maybe the device is faulty in some point, maybe it’s from a bad batch (Not Star Wars, though). To all of you without problems, I hope your phone and experience last long and stay that good.

The A54 is less ergonomic to hold in hand for me (this is quite important to me) and although the processing power is enough, I would welcome the extra juice of the S21 FE. In fact, I absolutely love every single thing about the S21 FE – camera, power, size, display, ergonomics etc.
My phone usage looks like this: Texting, online video streaming, web browsing, light apps, music, etc.
Also, I do NOT want to cut corners like switching to 60hz at all times, or disabling bluetooth, mobile data, or such.
